"Brought my 2008 Caravan in for severe front end shaking. After replacing the rotors, greasing caliper pins, and flushing the brake fluid, they agreed to work with me if this did not solve the issue. Upon driving the vehicle back home, I noticed that the issue remained. After bringing it back in, they kept working on it and troubleshooting throughout the week, replacing a caliper, brake line, and eventually the brake master cylinder. Throughout the whole process, they updated me regularly as to the progress they were making, and even though they were left scratching their heads at times I'm sure, they did eventually resolve the issue. Once they were able to confirm that the issue was fixed they kept to their word and provided a significant discount on parts and did not charge labor.... I would highly recommend their service to anyone"

"I recently purchased a 2004 Ford Taurus. Within a few days, I noticed a fluid on the floor mat. I was really concerned. I posted on my fb to get feedback from my friends. I had serious to simple responses. I spoke to my salesman and he set up an appointment for service on Monday, that worked for both of us. When they tested my vehicle, it would not leak. I immitated everything that was possible and it would not leak. My reason to post is that sometimes used car salesmen get a bad rap. This salesman was headed that way, until he did some positive means of approach. He was willing to negotiate. He was willing to test the vehicle. He was willing to fix a loose door part. And he was pleasant and smiling the whole time. I recommend this salesman and dealership if you want an honest transaction. I did not know this man prior to this sale. Go get em, Keith, you deserve it!"
